Event Experiences
For several years now, LeFace has been working with Shaftesbury on their various fan events, and particularly with the Murdoch Mysteries fandom. The series is now in its 12thseason, and is beloved the world over. LeFace, has held large scale ‘fan days’ and intimate tours, where fans tour the sets, meet the crew and get one on one time with the cast. LeFace handled everything from producing exhibits, staffing and logistics, working with the writers, cast and crew to provide an informed and behind the scenes look at the series. LeFace also designed and managed Murdoch merchandising and the creation of a pop-up store, and has brought in almost $20,000 in sales for weekend long fan event.
Our Biggest
Project Challenges.
- Managing the expectations of fans and the demands of a busy production schedule, personalities, and cast scheduling and what’s being shot on a particular day. We want to make sure that all visits are good visits
Working with Tiff and with our clients to find unique sponsorship alliances, such as sponsorship for Tiff’s membership programming and partners for Tiff initiatives such as Share Her Journey, a massive movement to support women in the business of making films.
Over & Above wanted to stand out. They excel when it comes to customer relationships and have tenure in their market space. Video sells. Unfortunately they only had static images - so we took them and applied special effects to demo their process and work.
Our End Goal
Of all the various events, screenings and experiences LeFace has brought to life, the most fulfilling are the fan day events that bring fandoms together to get up close and touch the brand.
It takes thoughtfulness to maneuver fans to their ultimate experience, one that leaves all with a strong feeling of goodness.
